Harold’s Migration Agency has a policy to accept clients only where we are satisfied that

there are realistic prospects of a successful application.

handles cases before the Department of Immigration, the Migration Review Tribunal,

the Administrative Appeals Tribunal , and other government agencies where they overlap

with immigration issues. We also litigate as necessary in the Federal Court, Federal

Magistrates Court and High Court in immigration cases.
